Overview of the role:
The Analytics practice is a key interface to our customers and prospects working in tandem with all other DXC departments, including Business Development, Sales, Consulting and Support. In this senior role, you will leverage these relationships to support overall sales efforts to help explain DXC PoV on the industry and in turn help grow our footprint in the Manufacturing Industry across Asia. This role reports directly to the Managing Partner for JAI (Japan, India and ASEAN) and will work with the teams across these geographies to help DXC differentiate itself and grow the business.
How you will spend your time:
- Perform solution presentations/demonstrations, deliver workshops, and develop PoCs (Proof of Concepts) within the prospect/customer environment
- Position the DXC value proposition and architecture to both IT, business audiences and CXO level
- Partner effectively with sales in account development and play an active technical lead role in the sales process for all customer engagements
- Establish technical credibility and build relationships with key stakeholders in selected accounts
- Design Data and Analytics solutions. Work with teams at existing and potential customers to deeply understand their business and technical needs.
- Partner with account teams, Business Development Managers and Analytics Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment.
- Be the voice of the customer to service engineering teams, providing improvement feedback to developers and accelerating the adoption of new features in customer deployments.
- Capture, Organize and Share knowledge, IP and best practices from engineering and field teams
- Build and present DXC POV and IP to help differentiate DXC Analytics in the Manufacturing Industry
You will be successful if you have:
- Strong BI background with ability to solve complex problems in enterprise-scale organizations
- Hands-on experience with relational databases, data modelling and analytical tools
- Experience in managing existing and prospective customers, onsite and remotely
- Operational Technology and Internet of Things (IoT) architectures experience in a Manufacturing context, and how to integrate them
- Deep understanding of the Manufacturing verticals
- 15 years of successful enterprise-level BI/Analytics implementations and Presales experience in enterprise organizations preferred
- Strong connections in the Manufacturing Industry and coming with a strong rolodex so he can hit the ground running and help grow the analytics business
You will thrive if you have:
- Data Governance / data management / big data / security / software engineering / analytics / AI / ML qualifications are advantageous
- Expertise and experience dealing with large, enterprise accounts at senior IT and business levels
- 3rd party OT platforms knowledge (e.g., SCADA systems etc.)
- Cloud Based Analytics platform experiences (Azure, AWS GCP)
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), SQL, and.NET
