**Job Description**:
We are providing IT support and managed services to clients in Singapore. We are require to perform the following:
1) Communicate with users directly and provide solutions or workaround to their technical issues.
2) Level 1 Helpdesk or On-site IT support and maintenance service.
3) Create or update documentations.
4) Installation, configurations, and setup of IT systems, software, and peripherals.
5) Manage Endpoint protections and response to cyber security threats.
**Requirements**:
1) Relavant IT Certificates or Diploma
2) Cybersecurity certifications or specialization is added bonus
