职责：
开设讲座并为追求OTHM资格的学生提供引人入胜的课程。

保持对行业趋势的更新，并将相关知识融入教学。
与同事合作，改进课程开发和教学方法。
参加学术会议、研讨会和专业发展活动。
要求：
至少3年的教学或相关行业经验。
精通中文，并具备出色的英语沟通能力。
深入了解OTHM资格和课程。
具备传授有效讲座和吸引学生的能力。
出色的组织和时间管理能力。
良好的人际交往能力，能够在多元化的学术环境中进行合作。
优先考虑相关的教学资格或认证。

OTHM Lecturer

Job Title: OTHM Lecturer
Location: 116 middle road #04-02， Singapore 188972
Employment Type: Part-time
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct lectures and deliver engaging lessons to students pursuing OTHM qualifications.
Prepare course materials, including syllabus, lesson plans, and assessments.
Provide guidance and support to students, including one-on-one mentoring and academic counseling.
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate relevant knowledge into teaching.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and teaching methodologies.
Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
**Requirements**:
A minimum of 3years of experience in teaching or relevant industry experience.
Strong proficiency in Mandarin and excellent communication skills in English.
In-depth knowledge of OTHM qualifications and curriculum.
Proven ability to deliver effective lectures and engage students.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
Relevant teaching qualifications or certifications are preferred.
