**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact supporting our highest value customers and institutions on QCP’s various products
- Provide dedicated and prompt support to our institutional and VIP customers via different communication channels together with the trading desk
- Introduce QCP’s solutions to the client base across the globe

**Requirements**:

- Experience in real time client facing supporting functions, especially the high priority clients
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales coverage role in a Financial Institution Industry is preferred
- Detail-oriented, efficient and independent worker with good analytical skill. Excellent team-work and communication skills
- Knowledge of derivative and other trading products is a strong plus, e.g. knowledge of options
- Outstanding problem solving capabilities including solving issues under high pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to be able to facilitate clients and cross departmental communication
