We are working a with a global leading organisation who are seeking a HR Coordinator to join the dynamic team based in Singapore.
The HRBH will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on important people issues, assisting in the creation of regional HR Strategic Plans, and coordinating business objectives with Group HR Strategy.
**Requirements**:
- Oversee the regional implementation of HR procedures and policies.
- Organizational Design - Make sure the organisation is well-designed to achieve its goals both immediately and over time, and that structural change is successfully handled.
- Insights, Strategy, and Solutions - Gain a thorough awareness of the organization's functional areas, as well as the environment in which it functions. Create actionable HR insights and solutions with your company understanding.
- Organizational Development - Ensure that the business has a dedicated, "fit for the future" staff to carry out its strategic goal. Make sure the culture, values, and environment of the organisation support and improve its performance and flexibility. Give advice and direction on the creation and implementation of any capability-, culture-, and change-related activities.

- and long-term goals, and to gain a competitive edge.
- Learning and Talent Development - Ensure that everyone in the organisation has the information, abilities, and experiences necessary to carry out the business's short

- Performance and Reward - Create a high-performance culture by implementing programmes that recognise and incentive essential skills, capabilities, experience, and performance. In addition, make sure that the reward structures are fair, market-based, and cost-effective.
- Employee engagement: Ensure that all aspects of the employment experience are in line with the organization's goals and that all employees have a positive and understood emotional connection to their work, colleagues, and organisation (in particular, the relationship with their line manager), which encourages them to exert more discretionary effort in their work and how they interact with the organisation.
- Employee Relations: Ensure that the organization's interaction with its employees is handled properly within a framework supported by the organization's procedures and policies as well as by applicable employment law.
- Establish productive working connections with internal stakeholders and make sure that HR Services are delivered promptly and effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6-7 years of relevant job experience and a diploma or degree.
- Work experience as a generalist HR Manager and/or HRBP
- Regional management experience within APAC
- Experience working and communication with senior level stakeholders
