Gallery Management Officer

**The scope of the GMO**:
i. Supervise maintenance contractors for all maintenance services.

ii. Troubleshoot general defects within the Gallery spaces and the Boardroom.

iii. Conduct inspection and submit reports on the defects, safety hazard and any other issues in the gallery on a daily basis.

iv. Manage the visit/meeting schedule of the Boardroom and Screening Room.

v. Prepare and set-up logistics required for programmes, eventsand activities.

vi. Conduct weekly checks and maintain good housekeeping forall store areas.

vii. Liaise with exhibitors and event organisers on the layout plans, set-up schedule and PTW submission.

viii. Conduct pre
- and post-handovers with exhibitors or event organisers.

ix. Implement or update safety checklist for all activities conducted in the gallery.

x. Implement or update the Safety Operation Procedure.

xi. Prepare and set up the function rooms for meetings and visits (including preparation and setting up of name tents, preparation of hot and cold drinks and writing materials).

xii. Assist in all special/high-level visits.

xiii. To collate all VVIP visit photos and archive them onto company''s hard disk

xiv. Conduct hourly site inspection to monitor visitors’ safety andassist in crowd control if required.

xv. Manage all enquiries related to gallery tour and activities

xvi. To schedule stand-in duty to manage the gallery entrance

Qualifications:
Diploma (Event / Engineering / Facility)

At least 1 year experience

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
