- Plan and execute marketing campaigns regularly to drive sales,
- Engage clients who are interested in the artworks and follow up on their queries,
- Provide all administrative support for sales, including but not limited to preparation of price list, exhibition label, exhibition kit, artwork listings, invoice, agreements, etc,
- Maintain an effective database of clients who maybe interested in the works,
- Maintain and organise daily schedule and consistently remind about appointments / sales-related activities that need to be addressed,
- Work closely with the Gallery Director for all sales, consignments, loans and exhibition-related activities, including arranging client viewings, handling pre
- and post-sales activities,
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications; establishing personal networks,
- Upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the Gallery,
- Perform any additional work that is deemed appropriate for the running of the Gallery.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 1-2 years of experience in sales administration job
- Diploma or graduate in any Business or administration related courses
- Strong knowledge of the gallery world and of modern and contemporary art
- PC Literate: MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop
- Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Highly motivated and able to undertake pressure
- Must be extremely well presented, polished, professional and articulate
- Must have ability to effectively interact with and gain the confidence of clients, artists and internal staffs
- Meticulous and able to work under tight deadlines
- Knowledge on inventory control is an advantage
- Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
- Solid negotiation skills
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Experience in the auction house or gallery or high-end boutique is advantageous
