**Job Summary**: Reporting to the CFO, you will be part of the Corporate Finance team with the key responsibilities:

- Manage and handle all banking-related transactions including payments, cash management, bank mandate update etc
- Monitoring the Trust’s key covenants and ratios and ensure compliance with relevant regulations/policies
- Manage and oversee the documentation and administration of credit facilities with lenders
- Oversee the Trust’s hedging policy and manage all forwards/swaps including documentation
- Liaise with Finance team on all monthly reporting for the Trust to Senior Management/the Board
- Preparation of budgeting/forecast in relation to Corporate Finance P/L line items
- Review/preparation of monthly Group Treasury-related reports
- Assist the CFO in any fund raising matters
- Oversee the implementation of any treasury systems as required
- Other ad-hoc matters as required

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy, Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge in treasury function
- A team player with strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
- Good writing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
