Key responsibilities
- Maintain and build client relationships with debt / credit / loan funds to provide loan operations and fund administration services to them
- Oversee the delivery of loan operations to clients such as private and syndicated loan processing, documents review, loan accounting etc
- Lead team members and act as a point of escalation
- Collaborate with different teams and offices to provide the best practice of loan operations to clients
- Work with business development team to meet with potential clients to market debt/loan fund services

Key requirements:

- At least 8 years of private credit/loan/debt operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other disciplines
- Strong technical knowledge in credit/loan/ debt products
- Strong understanding in credit agreements and loan attributes
- Strong client servicing skills and communication skills
- Collaborative, good organization skills and multi-tasking
