**Lean Station - Job Description for Account Manager**
**Company & Product Background**:
Lean Station’s Lean PlanDo based Integrated Lean Project Delivery (ILPD) system is a Lean + Digital based system for enabling improvements in delivery of capital projects like construction, infrastructure, Oil & Gas etc.
**Role Overview**:
The role is for the Account Manager which will require strategic thinking, industry insights, analytical capability, product knowledge and insights, industry network, relationship building abilities, concept and consultative selling, collaborative tactical execution to facilitate business development and sales to grow the company which is in its early growth phase. Necessary handholding will be provided during the Probation period.
**Job location**: Work from home or anywhere in performing her/his duties. May have to travel overseas.
**Office Hours**: 5 days a week; Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, however, need to be flexible due to exigencies.
**Vacation days**: Lean Station does not track the holidays or leaves taken by employees and leave it to the sole discretion of the employee on how many leaves s/he will take in a year while performing her/his duties diligently.
**Probation Period**: 3 Months
**Notice Period**: 1 Months
- Generate new business opportunities, leads, prospects and nurture accounts in Singapore, APAC and South Asia and manage them proactively
- Evaluate and prepare business plans for each prospect to develop the account
- Develop good relationships within the account including with Key Executives and translate them to business deals
- Work together with internal product marketing teams to give / receive feedback
- Manage accounts through the entire sales process; Outside field sales position, internal sales, physically at customer location for business development, prospecting, and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support (including getting Delivery order, invoicing, collections etc)
- Search and identify channel partners in the region and explore international sales in APAC
- Shall participate and organize marketing events, public presentations and public talks etc.
- Capture regular customer feedback during the process and feedback to the product & consulting teams
- Added plus: Should be comfortable to Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account, with primary focus/importance on VP, PD and “C” and enterprise level negotiations
**Job Requirements**
**Education and Experience**
- Enterprise technology software sales experience, preferably within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or related industries
- Experience with direct and indirect selling channels
- Management related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
**Professional Skills**
- Fast learner, confident, willing to get hands dirty
- Ability to handle new, uncertain situations without fear
- Quantitative, analytical and structured with excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible, agile and smart on the feet thinking
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, Second / multiple language esp. Mandarin is preferable

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
