Growth Manager

We are looking for a passionate, user-centred Growth Lead to join a collaborative and innovative team to build traction in a fast-paced environment.
With Singapore as the headquarter, the company will be building next-generation financial software as well as to provide back-office services for high growth start-ups globally, including web3 companies as well.
As a Growth Lead (Analyst/Assistant Manager/Manager), you will be part of a highly motivated team focused
1. New account acquisition - you will be the master of lead gen, enjoy attending events and networking opportunities
2. The Growth Lead will report directly to the founder in a flat organizational structure. and requires a motivated self-starter to hit the ground running.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquired new business accounts
- Growth our client base, drive new business and build close and trusted relationships with clients
- Establishing relationships with startup channel partners (VCs, Incubators, Accelerator, startup Networks, Platform startups) opening up leads
- Establish relationships with corporate service providers (Lawyers, Payroll providers, Corpsec firms) in partnership and opening up of leads
- Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating BlockOffice proposition to potential clients.
- Understand client’s requirements and represent BlockOffice as a strategic partner to them.
- Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity month over month
- Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.
**Who you are**
- Self-starter: He needs to take initiative, hit his targets, and work with the founder to initiate NEW targets for himself and the company
- Go-getter - Once you have a goal, there’s no stopping you. We want someone driven to make a career of himself and be ahead of his peers, he needs to be 110% focused on building up BlockOffice.
- Positive attitude: You’ll face many rejections but persevere is the most important
- 2 - 6 years full-time working experience
**Salary**: From $8,000.00 per month
