We are seeking an experienced Executive Engineer, Underground Structures to join our team in Singapore, Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and execution of complex underground infrastructure projects, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and innovation.
- Oversee the planning, design, and construction of underground structures, including tunnels, underground stations, and deep foundations
- Develop and implement engineering solutions for complex geotechnical and structural challenges
- Manage project teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely project delivery
- Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for underground facilities
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and construction standards
- Evaluate and implement innovative construction methods and technologies to improve project efficiency
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
- Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations, and construction drawings
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to address project-related issues
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal preparation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree in Structural or Geotechnical Engineering preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in underground structure engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Advanced knowledge of underground structure design and construction principles
- Expertise in geotechnical engineering and soil/rock mechanics
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of structural analysis and design for underground facilities
- In-depth knowledge of underground construction methods and technologies
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for underground construction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
