Asean Regional Ecommerce Director

Reporting to GM eCommerce DVM, you are a key member of Area Leadership Team, responsible for the overall NR, talent mgmt./development of Area eCommerce team.
Your core responsibility is to Outperform market growth by working with other Country GMs/ Head of Ecommerce in implementing medium-to-long term strategies that ensures Linear sales growth. In addition, focus on crafting & bringing to life best practices, develop critical capabilities, streamline internal processes, lead strategic partnerships with Online Retailers, Platforms and cross section of industry stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire Area E-commerce team; by engaging team and building bench of work-class talent.
- Develop and achieve both short and long-term development strategies for eCommerce.
- Take an analytical and evidence-led approach to E-commerce across all workstreams.
- Develop cross functional engagement with Area LT + market GMs and other key operational roles.
- Be the change agent to embrace WeCommerce agenda.
- Own and manage E-commerce P&L, fuelling top line growth and maintaining control over key investment buckets.
- Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand, and shopper trends to maximize Business KPIs - market share, sales, profits etc. and Consumer WOW () KPIs - experience, retention, advocacy etc.
- Collaborate with other organizational touch points to achieve mutual goals and benefits.
**Requirements**:
- Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline preferred.
- Be an active member of Area LT, demonstrating ‘growth hacking’ and ‘resourceful’ mindset.
- Proven leadership skills and experience of leading, engaging, and developing diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen: demonstrate delivery of ROI and compelling category vision.
- Track record of running E-commerce business, driving overall strategy & organization with sound understanding of different online business models.
- Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrable expertise in performance media channels, particularly Search and has driven measurable revenues or commercial goals using data and analytics; any experience on driving audience planning, brand and product marketing, customer journey strategies preferred.
- Have a clear vision for the future and relate this into defining product and operational structures; Thought leadership and opinions on E-commerce landscape highly desirable.
- Strong project management abilities; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.
- Past experience to navigate complex global matrix structure is added advantage.
