**Role Description**:
The Sales and Operations Manager is accountable for managing the daily sales activities and overseeing the company's operational functions. This role is focused on achieving sales targets while ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, streamlining operational processes, and leading a cross-functional team to drive company success and meet organizational goals.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
1. The trainee will familiarize with the company's culture, values, and strategic objectives, while assessing their current skills and identifying areas for personal and professional development.
2. The trainee will gain a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and CRM systems, focusing on customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
3. The trainee will develop a thorough knowledge of the company’s operational processes and explore opportunities for improving efficiency and optimizing workflows.
4. The trainee will acquire a solid understanding of the financial aspects related to sales and operations, learning how to develop and manage budgets effectively.
5. The trainee will strengthen leadership and team management abilities, gaining skills in communication, conflict resolution, and effective team collaboration.
6. The trainee will enhance strategic thinking and long-term planning skills, conducting performance reviews and setting goals for ongoing development and growth.
