**Job Overview**:
Vendor Relationship Analyst role will work in a team responsible for managing technology purchasing process which includes working with colleagues on their requests, ensuring that any software requested has gone through appropriate approvals and work with vendors on price quotes. Vendor Relationship Analyst will also work with procurement teams to ensure timely processing of payments to vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage technology request queues, ensure all requirements for the product(s) are met - then order, log the assignment of the product, and issue the product to the requester
- Assist Technical Product Manager on managing vendor relationship with mobile carriers in the region
- Be the single point of contact for technology invoicing and payments
- Work with the global team to address any issues with invoices and payments by collaborating Finance and Vendors
- Create monthly trend reports highlighting any invoicing and payments issues
- Assist in annual planning by identifying and highlighting costs and timing, including trending in annual invoices
- Provide manager with ideas to improve process and reporting
**Experience Required**:

- College level education or equivalent experience operating within cross functional IT teams
- 2+ years within IT Services or in Finance supporting IT Services
- Experience working in global teams and working with colleagues in technology and finance
**Technical Skills Required**:

- Microsoft Excel
**Skills and Attributes preferred**:

- Experience with forecasting and budgeting
- Ability to create trend analysis based on purchasing data
- Strong facilitation and consensus building skills
- Good interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
- Good written and Verbal Communication
- Ability to work independently with remote manager
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
