Job Duties:

- This role's primary focus is the business analysis focused on Transaction Reporting within Regulatory Change, but with associated project management tasks possible
- Part of the Transformation team within NFRR, Tax and Credit Reporting Operations
- To support deploying change within bank's Non Financial Regulatory Reporting (NFRR) capability which includes Transaction Reporting.
- Manages the initiative from inception through to implementation of the solution, and handles production of a business case and requirements or co-ordination of user acceptance testing
- Works closely with the Transaction Reporting Controls Group, Global Markets Operations functions, as well as other stakeholders including the Front Office/COOs, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal and Tax.
- Other ad hoc projects/duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree and above, with 8-10 years of experience working in business analysis (and Project Management)
- Experience gained in Financial Services, especially Global Markets (or Wealth Management)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of one or more of the APAC or global transaction reporting jurisdictions (e.g. MAS, JFSA, HKTR, MIFID2 etc.)
- Strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization
- Attention to detail, and willingness to work on technical aspects
- Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
