Responsibilities
- Key Support to Contract Manager and BD Manager Assist in Tender Negotiation and processes Assist in obtaining quotations and price negotiation.
- Responsible for the compilation of tender documents for tender submission
- Conduct costing analysis and recommend proposed pricings
- Administer contracts and ensure they are compliant with company's procedures.
- Responsible for reviewing contract documents with the aim of protecting company interests on contractual commitments and ensuring the company is legally protected.
- Monitor corporate compliance with contract and signatory policies, processes and procedures.
- Ensure that any material or commercial issues that pose a potential risk are elevated to the relevant team for further approval.
- Set up documentation and filing system
- Any other contract review and administrative responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements
- Min Diploma, an or Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey, FM, Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in handling IFM/FM Contracts, Tendering and Contracts administration.
- Eloquent and confident while carrying out presentation
- Preferred good writing skill
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
- Extrovert and keen in meeting new people
