**Responsibilities**:

- Establish BIM implementation plan, requirements, process and workflow to ensure that BIM data meets the project deliverable requirements
- To support BIM Coordinators and BIM modelers to deliver the work on time and with high standards.
- To support the BIM manager to embrace a holistic approach and strategically plan for BIM execution
- Work closely with project team in coordinating, organising and producing of tender drawing, contract drawing, submission drawing and construction drawings and documentations using BIM.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering or ITE drafting certificate.
- Specialist Diploma in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC).
- Minimum 3-5 years of C&S drafting for building or infrastructure projects
- Proficient in ACAD and BIM software (e.g. Revit)
- Good team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
