Job Title: Principal Cloud Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled cloud technical specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in their cloud expertise, passionate about troubleshooting and analysis, and able to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end technical assistance to customers and partners, collaborating with sales and professional services teams to ensure ongoing customer success and satisfaction.

  • Project Support:
    • Responsible as principal engineer for assigned solution projects.
    • Understand the scope and environment of existing project support and manage customer expectations.
    • Troubleshoot and recover customer services within SLA (onsite/remote).
    • Provide necessary technical training for new staff, L1 or customers (when needed).
  • Product Support:
    • Perform technical escalation point for Service Desk (L1).
    • Able to perform troubleshooting and identify abnormalities in cloud platform and gateway products.
    • Troubleshoot and recover customer services within SLA.
    • Analyse customer report issues, timely escalate issues to technology team and work on solutions.
  • Prepare and accurately execute (remote/onsite) MOP (Method of Procedure) and verify services.
  • Timely share available new updates for relevant solutions to customers and schedule patch update.
  • Maintain solution projects detailed database and update accordingly.
  • Maintain OPS, NMS and perform basic operations.
  • Perform weekly rotational on-call standby duties.
