Principal Technical Executive (C&S)

SJ Group
Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
Provide BIM and drafting support to Singapore C&S team.
Develop connection details for RC and steel structures.
Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP teams both locally and overseas.
Perform BIM modeling and coordination works.
Requirements
Civil Engineering graduate.
Proficient in structural detailing and modeling, with at least 5 years of experience in RC design/detailing, including Precast and Steel detailing. Structural engineering design experience is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in Archicad, Revit, and AutoCAD; Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is advantageous.
Experience in building design/modeling such as residential and condominiums is preferred.
Passionate about structural 3D modeling and 2D detailing with high-quality delivery.
Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Proficient in Office applications, especially Excel.
Effective communication skills with local and overseas clients.
Good work ethics, management skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience in BIM model federation, coordination, and clash detection.
