**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be providing clinical, marketing, training, and technical sales support in the field of MRI
- You will perform system troubleshooting, image quality, protocol & workflow optimization together with customers
- You will perform clinical scanning for customers to keep up-to-date with current practice
- You will engage customers in consultative or collaborative discussions on relevant research projects
- You will conduct product presentations, and on-site demos for events & conferences.
- You will support and conduct training initiatives, such as educational and clinical workshops
- You will assist in system configuration and clarifications for new projects
- You would understand and develop expertise in competitive product comparison and our unique selling points
- You will be involved to build key customer MRI reference sites in Singapore

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- You have current Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) Registration & valid Practicing Certificate, and are a Fully-Registered radiographer
- Clinical knowledge, training and operational experience on other imaging modalities is an advantage

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You take pride in teaching and imparting skills and knowledge to trainees
- You enjoy developing and maintaining good working relationships with key clinical users
- You have good communication and interaction skills with colleagues & customers
- You are able to adapt to flexible working hours
