- The role involves working with internal and external stakeholders to implement the Corporate Responsibility initiatives to create social and environmental impact, in alignment with the Bank’s Sustainability strategy and commitments

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsibilities : - Develop and manage the Bank’s Corporate Responsibility programmes and events which align with the Maybank Group’s Sustainability focus and commitments. This includes working on group-wide projects and regional initiatives. - Initiate and develop collaborations with relevant government agencies, non-profit organizations, volunteer host organizations, and other community stakeholders, to achieve desired outcomes and impact. - Work with the CR Committee to drive volunteer engagement and recognition, to sustain high levels of employee participation. - Direct and oversee increased internal communication to create more awareness of CR topics, programmes and events. - Offer expertise, guidance and collaboration with business units on CR-related campaigns. - Craft communications content and campaigns to increase awareness, understanding and engagement of CR initiatives internally and externally, working in collaboration with Branding & Marketing, Corporate Affairs and Human Capital.
