What you’ll do

Manage the Singapore Regional Warehouse's day-to-day operations and act as an Interface between Cytiva & 3PL WH service provider.

Lead and support the 3PL to achieve the Warehouse KPI targets for Inbound receiving, Outbound shipments, Inventory accuracy and Quality.

Manage the inventory process in the warehouse, cycle counting setups, physical inventory, stock scrapping and other inventory-related processes.

Be the focal point of managing customer complaint cases and manage overall warehouse and logistics case management.

Monitor IT cases raised are resolved quickly.

Train & Coach warehouse operations teams on any process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.

Recommend improvements to processes through DBS tools and methodology.

Who you are

Min 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Logistics and Distribution.

Experience in managing 3PL Warehouse Operations.

Proficient with excel and other analytical tools.

Undergraduate Degree/bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.

Customer focussed person and ability to multitask.

Effective problem solving, analytical and presentation skills.

Effective communicator and working in a global team environment.
