We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

This role requires someone with drive, initiative, and accountability, as it will involve minimal direct supervision on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide information on company services
  • Perform administrative tasks related to logistics and monetary events
  • Handle office and showroom clerical and sales tasks
  • Conduct weekly checks at all external warehouses
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel on-site during visits
  • Ensure all work is completed with strong attention to detail and high standards
  • Adapt to changing work environments and support the team as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a positive and adaptable mindset
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (weekday off provided)
