Financial Analyst

Smart IMS is a leading provider of information technology solutions, offering a wide range of services to businesses worldwide. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve their strategic goals.

We are currently looking for a Financial Analyst to support Program Manager and Project Managers to manage the financial forecast.

**Responsibilities**:

- Track spending across programs and balancing the books with the global finance team.
- Resolving the differences between the project books and global finance books and escalating to Program senior stakeholders where needed.
- Review the financial portfolio of the whole program to drive financial management improvements.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings on program finance.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced managing financial forecasts in the banking and financial industry.
- Relevant certification(s) (Certified Accountant, CFA, etc.) is a plus.

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, occasional weekend works with compensated day-off.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.
- Start off as a 1-year contract with 2 months' notice period.
