**Responsibilities**:

- Job allocation of vehicles to respective departments and individuals, including B&P, grooming and repair & maintenance.
- Ensure vehicles are done in quality.
- Ensure vehicles are complete on time.
- Manage manpower allocation, including projects.
- Manage operation manpower's leave, MC and OT.
- To perform 5S of the operation ground.
- Set and lead the team with discipline.
- Coordinate with storeman for drawing stock.
- Coordinate with purchase on incoming parts.
- Coordinate with service advisor/sales manager on the work required for each task/project and ensure work is completed in a timely and quality matter.
- Key in all job cards in the system, ensure all inventory is stocked out to the right job order in the system.
- Ensure pricing and costing figures are correct in the system.
- Ensure no vehicles in the workshop are left idle.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years managing workshop operation.
- Able to troubleshoot and define vehicle issues, including Conti vehicles and supercars.
- Having a driving license.

**Salary**: $4,200.00 - $6,600.00 per month
