**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to Snr. HR & Admin Manager,

Assisting Snr. HR & Admin Manager in all relevant HR areas, whenever required, including:

- Employee relations and communication
- Performance, remuneration and benefit
- Resourcing
- Employee Health and well being
- Human resource systems and processes
- Learning and development
- Admin duties
- Ad-hoc duties as per required from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,

Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in

Human Resource Management. IHRP certified is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity, prefer with

HR generalist background.
- Working experience in construction / manufacturing industry / related

field
- Knowledge of Human Resource Payroll System, preferably

experiencing in using Times Payroll/Human Resource system
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal relationship

building and employee coaching skills
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage change and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Able to start work immediately
