**Job Scope**:

- Understand supply chain and management system
- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently.
- Complete bookings with carriers and submission of shipping instructions with great accuracy Build a strong relationship with customer in terms of high confidence level Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments of deliveries
- Understand individual customer’s processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve and monitor customer’s monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) closely.
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
- Comply and achieve quality standard in accordance with Quality Management ISO 9001:2008 standards.
- Communicate with superior to improve department processes
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
- Provide service to customers, calculate and check storage charges, heavy cargo surcharges, transport and incoterms.
- Inspection and ensuring proper maintenance of company vehicle

- Handle and resolve daily drivers’ operational issues with patient
- Adhere to all safety requirements
- Preparing necessary supplies/equipment beforehand daily
- Work closely and coordinate with department reps in tracking and monitoring end to end job requirements

**Requirement**:

- Min Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Require basic knowledge of computer
- Strong Problem-solving
- Good time management and planning
- Good organization skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook, Words, and Excel
- Willing to do hands-on, operations-oriented
- Strong analytical ability, meticulous, sensitive to numbers and figures
- Able to work independently
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and possess initiative
