**Your new company**
A growing market leader is currently looking for a Regional HR Manager to lead the HR team to oversee and support the business on all HR related matters, including oversight of HR Operations and HR Business Partnering. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.
**Your new role**
You will be leading the team as the Regional HR Manager overseeing HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition and performance management portfolio. You will be the leading and guiding a team of 3 specialized HR personnel. You will be supporting on HRBP needs within APAC and you will be given opportunities to work on exciting regional HR projects that the company carries out, and you will be deeply involved in the strategic development of the company.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:
- Prior regional experience providing HRBP support to C-Suite stakeholders
- Experience in HR advisory support to employee grievances and have managed matters through to resolution
- Have been in a people management role for at least 4 years
- Strong leadership qualities and familiar with entire spectrum of HR operations
- Resilient individual that is comfortable working in a fast-pace environment
