As part of PA’s brand & marketing team, the AD (Integrated Marketing) is responsible for helping to develop and drive effective strategies and tactical plans to enhance PA’s integrated marketing presence across multiple channels to boost online share of voice and positive public perception.
**Integrated Marketing**
- Support the planning, development and execution of whole-of-PA marketing strategies
- Manage advertising campaigns, media planning and buying efforts across all digital and traditional tools for all degree programs
- Ensure strategies, plans and execution is highly integrated with other marketing functions including creative, communications, events and marketing operations
- Develop and execute against conversion best practices, manage and benchmark against competitive research and analysis
- Ensure brand standards across all marketing channels, publicity materials and platforms
**Brand Marketing
- Lead and manage PA’s website SOP and brand strategy to ensure flawless execution of content and marketing across every Division including optimising SEO
- Manage relationship with external web vendor to ensure that the PA corporate website and network of key touchpoints employs best practices, is up-to-date, addresses the needs of the audience, and is well-executed against core strategy
- In collaboration with the content strategy team, guide social media strategy to ensure integration across social media platforms
- Lead measurement and tracking of marketing initiatives, competitive analysis, and report learnings and plans to Senior Management, key partners & stakeholders
**Marketing Leadership & Management
- Manage vendor relationships of web and marketing agencies
- Make recommendations for and manage respective budget items related to marketing, web agency budgets and ensure alignment with Divisional goals
- Ensure that best practices are regularly curated and exchanged through different platforms (eg. Communities of Practice).
**Administration and Management**
- Ensure that team complies with all government financial, procurement and governance guidelines.
- Manage the team’s project budgets to ensure effective and prudent deployment of resources in line with targeted outcomes.
- Provide regular and timely updates to management on performance of content produced.
