**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who is keen to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for ensuring employee satisfaction through accurate payroll and a positive onboarding experience.
Our Client is an establisted property - hospitality company with international presence and is currently exèanding their HR team. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your expertise in payroll with a strong foundation in talent acquisition or as an HR Generalist function.
The **HR Assistant Manager/Manager (Payroll - Generalist)** is a unique position that combines two crucial HR functions: payroll and talent acquisition.
**Responsibilities**:
As a **Payroll Specialist, t**his role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, adhering to Singapore's IRAS and tax regulations. They manage employee payroll data, address inquiries and fix any issues, and stay updated on changing tax laws to ensure everything is compliant. They also generate reports on payroll and employee benefits.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a similar field.
- At least 3-7 years of HR experience in the Real Estate or Hospitality industry in Singapore (a background in Asia is a plus).
- Proven experience in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to IRAS and tax regulations.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, from talent sourcing to onboarding (or experience in a generalist HR role).
- Detail oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (BIPO experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices in Singapore.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce.
