**Your Role**:
The Channel team is responsible for managing our network of partners across across the region - these partners are the lifeblood of Tenable’s business and sell our solutions as part of their own customer offerings.
Our job in the channel team is to manage this network of partners to increase company revenue. In this role you will be responsible for managing a group of distributors, work directly with resellers and run some projects to automate our processes within the partner business.
**Your Opportunity**:
- Take responsibility for the performance of a group of distributors, by tracking performance, running regular cadence calls, analysing data and ensuring they are developing the market appropriately
- Support reseller engagements including events, training and planning sessions to ensure they successfully sell the Tenable value proposition
- Run specific projects to rationalise current mix of distributors and improve efficiency
- Support the build of process to automate and standardise approach into partners
**What You'll Need**:
- Curiosity, a desire to learn and an eagerness to be challenged
- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and make rational conclusions
