THE ROLE:
The Account Manager channel sales is responsible for selling Expereo’s portfolio of SD-WAN, Internet and related services to existing and new channels (national, international, mobile telecommunications companies). In this role you will be representing Expereo whilst driving sales, increasing brand awareness, and growing activities within a fast-paced environment. Regular travelling will be required as part of this position.
The Account Manager is a member of the Channel Sales Singapore team, and reports to the Head of Sales, based in Singapore.
**What will you do?**
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Here is how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:
- Grow revenue from assigned telecoms companies and customers and develop new telecoms or managed service provider customers, by ”hunting” new accounts
- Manage complex and large sales accounts and create customer presentations
- Conduct high level conversations with higher management and C-level executives to address business needs
- Provide consultative selling by positioning Global Internet services and SD-WAN services
- Upsell and leverage business from new and existing customer relationships
- Support the regional sales plan for all of Expereo’s services, identifying and closing new opportunities
- Understand and articulate Expereo’s positioning, strategy and internet approach
- Demonstrate a clear awareness the specific market pressures, trends and changes
- Succeed through collaborating closely with a team of pre-sales Engineers and Technical leaders
- Resolve any client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify sales opportunities and provide solutions.
**Who are you?**
- THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5-7 years proven sales experience within a telecoms or technology company
- A proven track record of managing andgrowing large accounts
- English language proficiency is essential; an additional language is beneficial
- Market knowledge and experience of Internet based SD-WAN and Cloud Applications is preferred
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals
- Customer focused, has excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strongbusiness acumen and a consultative approach
- Flexible and tenacious with the proven ability to guide sales to a close
- A customer-centric mindset.
