**Objetivo de la posicion**:
Asesorar al cliente, para identificar sus necesidades de servicio en las tiendas de AT&T, logrando su optimizacion, apegandose a los procesos y politicas establecidas.
**Principales Responsabilidades**:
Establecer una relacion de coordialidad y servicio con los clientes, para asegurar el nível de servicio, de tal manera que se brinden alternativas para la resolucion del problema
Ejecutar los estandares de calidad establecidos por la Gerencia ,asi mismo asegurar la mejor experiência de servicio y ventas.
Canalizar de forma correcta y completa la visita del cliente en los sistemas que maneja la empresa, para una mejor satisfaccion.
Ejecutar actividades especializadas de los procesos orientado a objetivos establecidos
**Educación (mínima y deseada)**:
- Educación mínima: Carrera Técnica / Bachillerato Concluido
- Educación deseada: Carrera Trunca en ciencias de la comunicación, Administración o afin. Licenciatura en Administración, o afin.
**Experiência (mínima y deseada)**:
- Experiência mínima: 1 año en áreas de atención a clientes y ventas
- Experiência deseada: 2 años en áreas de atención a clientes en el ramo de las comunicaciones de telefonía
