Singapore WOW STAFFING Full time

Job Summary:
Trading & Sourcing

Source ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals from local and international suppliers.

Identify and develop relationships with buyers across international markets.

Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions with suppliers and buyers.

Logistics & Documentation

Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

Prepare and manage shipping documents including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin Export Declarations etc.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Market Analysis

Monitor global metal markets and price trends.

Analyze supply and demand to forecast pricing and make informed trading decisions.

Compliance:
Ensure all transactions comply with environmental regulations and international trade laws.

Keep records of transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

Customer & Supplier Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and customers.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build new connections.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in scrap metal trading, international sales or related industry.

Strong understanding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their global markets.

Familiarity with INCOTERMS, shipping and trade documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in International Trade,Business,Logistics or related field.

Knowledge of environmental and recycling regulations.

Existing network of suppliers and customers in the scrap metal industry.
