The Relations Business Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. This role involves managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that client needs are met to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Oversee client projects and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account sales growth and work with clients to expand services.
- Prepare and deliver reports and proposals to clients in a professional manner.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales documentation.
- Track and report on client interactions, project status, and business development activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Local Diploma in any field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and self-reliant, with strong problem-solving capabilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
