**We will count on you to:
- Lead and manage the health and life risk management consulting business across Asia, leveraging an in-depth understanding of client needs, market trends and internal product or service offerings.
- Support emerging markets in Asia in defining and delivering the business value proposition and drive change to optimize value to our clients
- Research, analyze and develop strategies and solutions to meet clients’ complex and varied needs
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with key client and stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor. Facilitate sharing of relevant advice and information to key stakeholders to develop new and expanded business and gain client referrals.
- Delegate, guide and advise junior team members including, but not limited to, problem resolution and guidance on appropriate ways to deal with challenges
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Psychology, Public Health or related fields
- 10 or more years’ experience in identifying, designing, recommending and implementing efficient, innovative business solutions to address employers' complex population health management and employee benefits challenges across Asia
- Strong, innovative sales and marketing skills with the ability to successfully market organizational strengths
- Superior analytical, strategic planning, oral and written communication, interpersonal and listening skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Required to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses as required
