WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

To provide underwriting automation solutions to improve New Business’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Work with various stakeholders to drive digital adoption, underwriting automation capabilities
- Drive “Auto underwriting rate”,“End-to-End” Straight through process / TAT (Turn around time) and other productivity and customer service related KPIs.
- Identify and implement business and service improvement opportunities through system enhancements.
- To work with Solution Analysts to provide business underwriting requirements for new product and campaign launches.
- To identify and develop rules/requirements for underwriting engine
- Perform data analytics for management insight into quality of underwriting and business.
- Participate in adhoc underwriting related projects and ensuring project milestones are met on time
- Smooth and sound implementation for Underwriting Automation
- Improve Digital Underwriting decision to drive the end to end straight through process / TAT (Turn around time)
- Simplify, improve digital underwriting process and New Business end to end straight through process

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor degree
- At least 7 - 8 years of working experience in underwriting or Business Analyst.
- Experience in any auto underwriting engine and / or medical underwriting will be preferred.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Confidence in working projects and ensuring key project milestones are met on time.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the capacity to devise and implement innovative solutions. High energy, driven and entrepreneurial with high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
