**Job Description**:
2. Engage with Sales and Marketing teams to provide pre and post sales technical support to clients for analog and Power management products.
3. Co Create and execute business development strategies along with Client engagement team from technical perspective.
4. Adopt, lead and comprehensively utilize all elements of Microchip’s Sales Operating System to create and secure design-wins
5. Deliver/facilitate technical training to fellow ESEs, Sales team, clients, and channel partners.
6. Support Client engagement team in new opportunity identifications, hold discussions with Customers System Architects and R&D Teams, understand their needs and propose solutions based on Microchip product offerings that can solve their challenges and help differentiate them from their competitors.
7. Technical coordination and project management for in house projects and developments.
8. Willingness to travel to any part of the region for client engagement activities.
9. Willingness to travel to the US, Europe or Asia to receive training or to support other regions as and when needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
1. BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech in Electronics
3. Hands on experience in DC-to-DC Convertors, LED Drivers, gate drivers, Mosfet Designs, high power discrete.
4. Hands on experience in signal conditioning designs such as amplifiers, filters, ADCs, DACs etc.
5. Hands on experience in analog simulations tools (Spice/SIMetrix/SIMPLIS).
6. Hands on experience in thermal design, Power quality corrections, Efficiency improvements etc.
7. Strong knowledge of power conversion topologies.
8. Strong knowledge of high power discrete such as Mosfets, IGBTS, Diodes etc.
10. Strong knowledge of SMPS control system design.
11. Experience in PCB design and design tools will be plus.
12. Experience in reviewing schematics and layout designs will be plus.
13. Knowledge of Crystals and MEMS oscillators will be plus.
14. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
15. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, Presentation Skill
