In coordination with the Operation Team, to check data entry: review user’s/company’s profile
- To check daily financial transactions (deposit & withdrawal) and identify the mistake and control the process quality
- To complete the search of all names for adverse information
- To ensure the global quality of the KYC files according to the compliance rules
- Conducting due diligence searches and review all due diligence documentation collected;
- Conducting on-going compliance monitoring of existing clients: Redo KYC, check expiry dates, check bank statements
- To conduct periodic internal system’s audit and follow up on outstanding tasks
- To conduct internal audits in accordance with the agreed annual audit programme, or as operational priorities allow.
- Monitoring the audit cycle programme to ensure it remains effective and up to date
- Ensuring any non-conformities are listed on the appropriate non-conformities log and corrective actions are assigned to the appropriate party
- Ensuring all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and ‘Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion.
- Coordinate with Risk, Banking, Compliance department for necessary follow up and clients’ issues
**Requirements**:
- Relevant diploma/degree holder or equivalent, with minimum 2-years experience in quality control and compliance in banking or relative industries.
- Good knowledge in corporation law, corporate secretary and/or financial analysis
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and excellent team player, able to work remotely and self-organised
- Knowledge of finance, accounting and banking system
- Experienced in research, knowledge of banking regulations
- Capable to effectively interact with other teams
- Strives to deliver the solution in the most effective and timely manner
- Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management
- Effective spoken and written communication in English and Mandarin.
