Rosso Vino is an Italian restaurant located in the heart of Singapore, known for its authentic Italian cuisine and warm, inviting atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Head Chef to lead our culinary team and bring their passion for Italian cuisine to our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute menu items that reflect the authentic flavors and ingredients of Italian cuisine
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and efficient operations
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain the freshness and availability of ingredients, while minimizing waste and reducing costs
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to develop new concepts and ideas for the restaurant
- Stay current with trends and developments in Italian cuisine and incorporate them into the restaurant's offerings
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef in an Italian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage a busy kitchen and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development
- Familiarity with Singaporean food regulations and safety standards
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
