Website Operation Specialist

Singapore SAMSUNG SDS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line technical support to APAC stakeholders (digital marketers, agencies)
- Conduct regional training & provide guidelines on hosting processes & policies (compliance and security policies)
- Conduct load testing with agencies for critical websites
- Provide consultancy and support on new project developments, corporate website and integration with back-end system / external 3rd party systems or interfaces
- Perform cost estimation of site hosting fees and support billing activities (e.g. breakdown, verification of line items)
- Monitor progress and work performance of remote team members to ensure service quality is upheld
- Co-work closely with server, network and security teams

**Requirement**:

- At least a bachelor holder in relevant field of studies
- Knowledge & experience on **Cloud Hosting Platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure, Amazon)**:

- Basic knowledge on HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON
- Basic knowledge on server & network e.g. FTP, SSL, window commands, firewall
- **Strong problem solving skills**:

- **Experience in IT operation support for digital marketing activities **will be a plus
- Have good understanding on **web security vulnerabilities**:

- **Good interpersonal and communication skills in English **is required to be able to liaise & co-work with various teams
- Responsible, organized and independent
