**Centre for Workplace Learning and Performance**:
**Short Description**:
In this position the appointee will support and implement IAL’s efforts to drive adoption of workplace learning through the various initiatives. The appointee will report to the Head of Centre for Workplace Learning & Performance with the following professional responsibilities.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentations, plans and reports
- Handle enquiries regarding grants, courses, masterclasses, learning journeys and other enterprise-related matters
- Coordinate with and brief enterprises, adjuncts and industry practitioners in matters such as learning journeys, consultancies, courses, masterclasses and other relevant matters
- Provide administrative support on payment and claims matters, assist in contract and agreement preparations
- Plan and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare budget utilisation and expense reports
- Assist in project and asset management
- Support any other matters/projects that may require assistance from time to time
**Job Requirements**:
- A bachelor degree is preferred.
- At least two years of related work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of MS Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Meticulous and able to work with tight deadlines.
- Observe a code of strictest confidentiality at all times
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Strong problem solving skills
