- Define and manage relevant business processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, Porsche AG and Porsche Singapore Retail
- for Sales and Digital Platforms
- Prepare and follow-up on management and planning meetings
- Manage sales planning, operations, and reporting of the Singapore market
- Identifying areas for sales process optimisation and implement such optimisation measures
- Oversee roll-out and training of Porsche digital platforms
- Support the Porsche Singapore Retail team with monthly dealer steering meetings and daily operations

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Economics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant degrees
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel plus AI tools
- Strong organisation, presentation, written and spoken English, communication, and reporting skills
- Reliable, able to work independently, and possesses leadership skills
- Willing to work in a multicultural environment and to travel on a flexible schedule depending on business needs
