**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality, handling and disposition
- Manage projects in productivity improvement, particularly for new processes, using process characteristic analytical tool to improve process condition and technology
- Establish process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment to ensure line stability
- Evaluation and development of new equipment / materials / process
- Work on process characterization & development in the most advanced & new logic & specialty technologies
- Evaluate new tool/process to meet future technology requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional modules to set up the process for customers and ensure process robustness for Fab manufacturing and production

**Requirements**:

- PhD / Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Chemical Engineering
- More than 6 years relevant fab experience
- Prior 200mm/300mm R&D experience would be added advantage
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
