**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, verify, and manage documentation required for international shipments (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of import/export activities and update internal tracking systems.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal teams with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks related to shipping and logistics.
- Monitor shipment status and communicate updates or delays to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with resolving documentation discrepancies or customs issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role, preferably in import/export documentation.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs documentation is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office-based role with frequent interaction with warehouse or logistics operations.
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime during peak shipping periods.
