Bd Manager(Payment Background)

【Responsibilities】
1. Identify new potential Payment Partners, Banks and Payment Channels, knowing the business needs to negotiate terms and successfully onboard channels
2. Target industries: games/e-commerce/online entertainment, etc in Southeast Asia
3. Strong ownership in managing payment partnerships, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders including operation, product and compliance
4. Achieve sales target, analyze data to improve acceptance rates and payment experience

【Requirements】
1. More than 3 years of experience in financial product sales, experience in payment technology companies (such as Paypal, Square, Stripe, Nets, etc.) is preferred
2. Experience in Southeast Asian countries market expansion
3. Full-time undergraduate degree
4. Proficient in English, overseas work or study experience is preferred
5. Love sales work, strong ability to work under pressure

2. 目标客户群体：东南亚的游戏/电商/网络娱乐等
3. 管理支付合作伙伴关系，内外部进行密切协调合作，包括运营、产品和法务
4. 达成销售目标，分析数据，优化客户体验和成单率

【要求】
1. 3年以上金融产品销售经验，有支付公司（如Paypal、Square、Stripe、Nets等）工作经验者优先；
2. 东南亚国家市场拓展经验
3. 全日制本科学位
4. 英语熟练，有海外工作学习经历者优先
5. 热爱销售工作,抗压能力强
