**About the job
We want to fill this position with an extremely commercial enthusiast who shares our vision of “creating a better everyday life for the many people”. You will take on an important role to support in the development of the loyalty programs in IKEA, particularly around contextual and targeted marketing and securing a high level of performance across member lifecycle in all of our markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Mexico and new markets).

**Your assignment**
- Work with Global Customer Engagement and Loyalty Manager to build and constantly improve Ikano Retail IKEA loyalty programs using data, business insights, system capability and customer feedback to drive more traffic, sales conversion, early engagement and stronger/longer affinity with the IKEA brand.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to initiate, co-develop and optimise Loyalty and Marketing system as well as engagement (targeting & retargeting) journeys.
- Be the go-to loyalty & marketing buddy for Country Loyalty Specialists when comes to deploying solutions to different markets, localization needs or market-specific initiatives.

**Your profile**
- At least 3-5 years of Loyalty and CRM experience in retail or agency, ideally with hands on experience in marketing technology and personalized communications.
- Interested in data and insight, and have curious mind to look out for opportunity to improve the performance of communication solutions.
- Strong communication appetite that inspires others to act in the same way.
- Clear problem-solving capabilities and an agile approach in challenging situations.
- Share the IKEA values.
