Event/operations Assistant

Act as the liaison responsible for facilitating and overseeing all aspects of event management with external vendors for ongoing campaigns, workshops, and roadshows.
- Strategize and cooperate with both current and prospective partners, charitable organizations, and government agencies to address their specific participation requirements, such as booth dimensions.
- Compile all the necessary documentation from vendors and present it for approval.
- Collate updates and data related to campaign performance for subsequent evaluation.
- Assist the supervisor in arranging meetings involving all stakeholders
- Identify and communicate any potential issues that may arise during the planning phase.

**Requirements**:

- Singaporean
- Diploma holder in related field
- Able to work independently
- An eye for detail
- Willing to work on weekends when campaigns are scheduled for weekends (off in lieu)

Contract: 6 months

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays

Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm/6pm (With an hour lunch break)

Location: College Road

**Salary**: $10.50 - $13.00/hr
