You love to understand what it takes to provide our client the best experience by looking at the bigger picture from front end to the back end. You are curious about the entire process and how each digital product and processes are connected and seeks to find opportunities to make the end to end journey better for Citi internal and also for the end user. You want to empathize with the users and is skilled to run secondary and primary research to discover their pain points. You can then translate insights into opportunity areas, plan and organize design thinking workshops to brainstorm big ideas and To-Be Journeys. You are able to lead multi-disciplinary teams to prioritize ideas based on business objective and user needs then deep dive to create proof of concept or pilot based on the chosen ideas to validate with clients.

**Digital Product Design**:
You have a strong foundation in conceptualizing advanced UI projects and have track record of delivering UI for production projects in an agile fashion. You can contribute to the building and improvement of the current design system and ensure the designs that is created follows Citi’s branding and design systems. You are the gatekeeper to ensure all UI designs delivered are based on updated best practices. You are able to coach designers to improve in their UI/UX craft and is able to pitch and defend ideas to management and clients.

To use **design thinking **to **validate problems** and challenges for Citi and our clients and to **design and test** **services and digital products** that is desirable for users, feasible and profitable.
